Upon delivery, customer must immediately inspect unit for shipping damages or defects in product workmanship. IAS will consider a signed delivery confirmation as proof that item was received and that no damages were present. If damages or defects are found, IAS must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. It is customer’s responsibility to notify IAS of their desire to return item within 7-10 business days of delivery. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any product returned. IAS will not accept returns after 90 days of purchase. Excluding the event of product defects, all shipping fees are customer’s responsibility. IAS must authorize the return and provide an RMA number prior to returning item. Once item has been received by IAS, it will be inspected and then a credit issued within 14 business days.
